Terms of payment
- All payments must be made in euro (EUR).
- All fees mentioned are inclusive of 21% VAT and applicable taxes.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the Master Class Organizers.
- Registration fees will apply according to the registration date.
- Outstanding amounts will be collected cash on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Master Class account on time.
- On-site registrations should be paid cash at the Master Class Registration Desk. Cash dispensers can be found in Brussels’ Central Station, just across the street of the venue, Hotel Le Méridien.
Cancellation, name change and refund policy
- A refund (less 25% for administration charges) will be given if a cancellation is made prior to 4 January 2010. After that date, all cancellations and no-shows will be nonrefundable. All eligible refunds will be issued after the Class and no refund will be processed on site.
- Per name change: € 25 inclusive of 21% VAT.
- Participants are responsible for canceling their accommodations and travel arrangements.
